The wingsuit BASE jumpers land on land most of the time and usually have markers where to land.The speeds they reach is incredible.They also have techniques to slow them down amap before they pull the parachute.
Lots have died doing these activities and they know the risks they are taking.I guess it is better than sex adrenaline wise and once you start you just can't stop scenario.
Afaik you need to have at least 200 skydives done before you can even attempt base/wingsuit jumping.

Are you talking about the wingsuit base jumping?If so they land with parachutes on land
