hi ! i have bought hm2 pro last month
i have entered my HM ID on your website and bought HM through your promotion link. In some cases the tracking might not be successful, and i have consult your customer service they want me to wait and one month have passed can you tell me how long should i wait ?

Same here I reported this on the 10th Nov and was told by customer services that they are sorry but due to the overwhelming popularity of the HEM2 promotion they are still experiencing delays in crediting the 500 bonus StrategyPoints.
So dont know how long you are supposed to wait, but the promotion said get 500 points instantly!!!!!!!
