Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BB$1.67:///////;UTG1$1.98:///////;UTG2$2.99:///////;MP1$1.02:///////;MP2$4.81:///////;MP3 (Hero)$3.26:///////;CO$0.91:///////;BU$4.11:///////;SB$0.72:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K:s, K:c.
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.08, 2 folds, SB calls $0.07, BB folds.

Flop: ($0.18) 8:s, Q:s, 7:d (2 players)
SB bets $0.09, Hero raises to $0.27, SB folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $0.27.

Is my raise here ok? I wanted to make sure that any straights and flushes didn't get there, but I would have got more value if I just called if my opponent had a hand like AQ or KQ

Dangerous flop, you have to go for protection, and if he has AQ/KQ he'll probably would call you anyway unless he's very nittty. interesting situation would arise if he re-raise you again :)

Hello trumanator7,

Not much I would play it differently. Just raise it and protect your hand from any kind of draws and of course we are going broke vs his stack.

Best Regards.
