hi kris,
i struggled with the same things earlier in my experience with the game myself, tilting when i kept losing in the spots when i am ahead.
i will share my opinion on it, but you probably will not believe me and it might be something you have to learn yourself. i will try anyway. such worrying is completely useless. there is nothing that can be done any more with bad beats or setups. nothing that can be learned, nothing that will take your game forward. instead, it saps all your energy which would be better spent improving your game. in all these spots where you lost, did you play the hand properly? that is the real question. you hold hands like K6. maybe the correct play would still have been fold preflop.
while it is good to review your play on all of these spots, you should realize that it is no sample size really. you've posted here 20-30 hands. if you flip a coin 20 times, you will quickly find that you will probably not get heads 10 times, even though the chances are clearly 50-50.
by all means, keep reviewing your play. do you think it was a bad beat? is there any way you could have played the hand better? avoiding tilt from these losses is definitely easier said than done. i continue to work on it myself and try to be as professional as possible about it.
