I have collected 2000 PS points some time ago and i still havene't received PokerTracker and PokerAce. Is there anything that i need to do to get it ?

no I think waiting is all you can do, I'm in the same spot been waiting for a few weeks
There is quite a lot of us waiting for the licenses and there are already a lot of threads with us complaining but we all just need to be patient a little bit more. They will send them as soon as they get them and that will be soon according to PS staff. 
Or maybe they'll wait until PT3 is out. There's no point in getting a licence for PT2 now when the new one will be out anytime soon.
You gonna receive it within a few days or little more, no one can tell you when exactly.
