in this 2,7 MTT as played pre flop shove same range that u shove in freroll (AQs+, tt+)
so imo shove pre is way to go in this spot in this mtt

as played shove or fold flop

why dont you just fold if you dont want play it post flop? As played, it was terrible:
1) its way too big PP just to call for set value
2) by playing like this you often enough get overpair and often enough youll be willing to pay off in case they hit
3) playing like this is like looking monster under bed. You just wanted to get sucked out as I see.

So pre: 100% squeez and depends on reads if you stack off here
Flop: its just weak donk bet+ cbet. Still getting it in.. (though its a bit closer here)

Playing like this is just way too passive to win something imo.
By squeezing you spend less chips than your call pre+call flop. If he is tight-ish you can find a fold and spend less chips for that...

P.S. and dont put results here, so our explanations isnt becouse of that :)

GL at tables :)

Hi guys,

This thread was created in the Discussion Forums, but it should rightfully belong in the hand evaluation forums. (you will see it as a subforum above). I will move it there now. Just want to flag that so you will create it in the proper section next time and so that our awesome hand judges can see it and comment on it :)

Also it helps if you take a look at our hand evaluation rules.

These rules help our hand evaluation forum run more smoothly. Thanks so much for your cooperation. If you have any questions, dont hesitate to let me know ;)

smiles,
wendy

Hey,

3Bet preflop, call/pushh all in, unless the opponent is very tight. It's a micro tournament, players will be going all in with all kinds of hands so this is a nice spot for u to pick up a lot of chips. As played it is an ugly spot. Against two loose aggressive players I'm getting it in. If they are a bit more passive postflop I could see a fold. This spot is best avoided by 3Bet/pushing preflop and that play will save u a lot of tough decisions in the long run.

in a higher buyin i would just flat pre or 3bet. but since i don't want to 3bet/fold jj in that spot here i would more likely flat also multiway.
as played in a 2$ i'll go for a value3bet/call in that spot.

push is in my opinion not the max. value line. so I don't think its the right option to push 100bbs here!
greets
