Hi razvan0606,

If you've verified your Identification at Mansion, it will take no more than 24 hours for your Moneybookers withdrawal to be processed (weekend excluded). For credit cards, it'll take several working days.

Good luck at the tables!

just withdrew for the first time and since the id check it took 2 full days.
They claim its because moneybookers has problems.

I just withdrew some money from Mansion to my MB account.
It took about 3-4 hours. It seems MB has no problems.

the same as the PStrategy id check ? just the id card or something more ?

it's my first cash out, so they didn't had the chance to verified my id

btw, at the deposit page (with Mb) i have a field for bonus code.
i've tryed PSVIP but they asked something like a numeric code.
any ideea what to put there ?
oh, and what is the promotion? 100% up to 500$ ?

my account is made with the 50$+100$ promotion ( btw, thanks PStrategy)

Hi razvan0606,

When you make your first withdrawal request, they'll require an ID-check. It's quite similar to our ID-check. Normally a copy of your ID card is sufficient unless you used a credit card.

You don't need to enter any code when depositing with Mansion since your account is already tracked to PokerStrategy. You'll automatically get a 100% up to $500 bonus.

Good luck at the tables!

If you're referring to the $50+$100 starting capital, it's 2,200 MansionPoints needed to release the $100.

Good luck at the tables!

So do we need more ID if we use a credit card or are you saying we need none at all?

When they verified my identity they asked for a copy of my ID, a copy of my credit card(if I used one) and a copy from a bill with my name and address on it(telephone, electricity, gas, whatever)
