Just muck it imo. The guy is a huge nit and you are OOP. Against nits you can just nut peddle and "cooler" them. Since they play very tight preflop they have a hard time giving up postflop so when you hit you will get paid off usually, especially IP.

Folding is of course fine. But while you just have to add $0,10 is also fine to Call and play it postflop if you ain't gonna overplay your TP. That kind of guy may easily play fit/Fold postflop and we can perfectly well play the our hand even profitable with Call.
But of course more often the guy is going to have rather stronger range from UTG and with his PFR.
