i came 2nd in a tournie won$1200 poker770 has team of staff to try sort things out nearly 2 weeks running to the bank sending passport birth certificate bank statements 2 of them bic codes swiftcodes ive even asked them to send me a bankers draft why do they mess there players about is it because they want you to blow your winning ive had enough of it trying to be nice and it was a pokerstrategy poker game that i came 2nd in

Judging by the posts in this forum quite a few people have had problems trying to withdraw. I guess all you can do is keep emailing them or contact the poker770 person that frequents this forum. Good luck!
There are many similar thread about this in the past. It need time but they always paid eventually. In my case, they need 10 days since I asked my wd.

all these poker rooms that come from casinos websites are not used with winning players at their casinos and they also think poker is like a roulette wheel and has same caracteristics
that's why a withdrawal is treated in such way every time
one of these pokerroom offered me recently a reload bonus where i have to roll up my deposit 40 times to get the bonus in my account
that's a well known rule for casino deposits
is no doubt in my mind that their owners have no idea of a difference between poker and casino games
the worst problem is that they dont realize that on poker tables they are entitled only to the rake , as opposed to the roulette wheel where they are entitled to whatever player puts on the table as long as the ball dont fall on the number lol
so in this case if you deposited some hundred dollars and now you want 1200 out , for them is like the slot machine in their casino got crazy and gave you impossible win combination which is obviously bad for their business lol
