i'm in the cutoff(100bb) with qqj7 ds and i open, dealer(60bb) 3 bets me, and bb(100bb) calls. i decided to fold...my flush value is very slim cause i am often dominated, and playing just for set value is -EV. so i decided to fold..what do you think? i believe 7 dangles to much...
and how about when i am utg or utg+1 holding sth like jj26 ds?

You're absolutely fine in opening QQ from any position, but I also agree with throwing it away to a 3 bet given you likely have to hit a queen on the flop to continue with the hand, which wont happen enough to justify the preflop call.
Whilst being double suited is nice, when the hand is multiway it makes it much harder to know if your flush is good. In this particular instance there is an argument for calling because you're closing the action and it's going to cost you 6 bets to see a flop with a pot of around 27 bets. You only need around 23% equity to justify the call (though you can adjust this for being out of position to the 3bettor).
