[Closed] Almost 2 weeks now

Hello Tiest,

The problem seems to lie in you not having answered any of the ID checks that were sent to your E-Mail address. Could it be that they landed in the Junk Mail?

As part of our random security checks our support asked you to send pictures or scans of your ID information (Passport or ID Card back and front) to security@pokerstrategy.com. If you haven't already done so, this will have been the problem. If you have done so please be sure that you have sent them from the Email address with which you registered.

If you have done this as well please contact me here so that I can look into it.

I've checked both my junk mail and regular mailbox, but no mail containg what you said.

Is it possible for you to resend that mail.

I presume my mail is correct entered beacouse I have recieved mails from you earlier.

It seems to have been sent out twice - weird that you did not receive it.

To make it easier - just send a mail to security@pokerstrategy.com with a front/back scan or picture of some type of government certified ID such as a passport or ID card. As topic just put "ID information". If you send it from the e-mail with which you signed up with it will pose no problem for them to allocate it to you. Afterwards the processing of your starting capital can continue.

One last question: How long does it take after that i send it in. just to make clear how long it can take before I will bother you again.

Hello Tiest,

The verification process can take up to 48 hours. After it's completed, it will take up to another 48 hours until your account is funded. Thus the maximum waiting time is 96 hours from your sending the document. However, in most cases, it shouldn't be that long since we're doing our best.

youre obviously doing everything but your best, well it's not like almoust 2 weeks since I passed the quiz and the rest, but hey, I sent You my personal - sorry, my ID card, and if that still is not enaugh than I dont know, maybe I am at the #1 place on the net for spam. i am not angry, but the mansion poker, casino, software whatever, they really have some hard work .... i cant even log in into their official site. dont know what else to say, wish you all poker players here from pokerstrategy the best, and good luck with your 150$ .....

... or is it maybe 150 tones of spam ?

Hello Bookie,

You passed the Quiz 3 days ago, and your ID 2 days ago and as it states in our FAQ thread the waiting time for players with an ID check can take up to 96 hours

The good news is that your ID has already been processed and you should have your money soon. Most likely the next 24 hours.
