Elephant says i lost??!!

Why does elephant count this as -12 BB? i've experienced it a couple times before, its pretty annoying tbh. know how to solve this?

hey i have the same problem i observed that it counts it as a losing hand only when the oponnent chouses to show you what he has and he does not muck.

Hope that you fix it soon and maybe this info could help you

Unfortunatly, it seems to be, that there is no easy and quick way to fix it. But it is only a small problem inside your graph.
