Looks good to me. When I am out of position I am always going to reraise a minraise because the alternative (calling and checking the turn) is just awful.

The only choice is to shove the flop made easier by the fact that I really don't think a set ever min raises this draw heavy flop, so you're probably pretty good for equity here.

curious about 3betting preflop, im never quite sure when i should be 3betting oop unless its obvious AAxxds, here i'd usually call pre, but not sure how good/bad that is.

nfd+overpair, get it in!

I often treat preflop minraises as a limp, so I don't mind his 3 bet here as it's not really one. Of course he needs to be balanced when he does this, so as long as he is doing the same 3 bet with other strong non AA hands, it's absolutely fine.
