Why do you donk the flop? I don't get it. You didn't even hit there, you will never make any better hand to fold nor get value from worse.

Because I didn't hit the board so the best I can hoped to take the pot right away.
There is a tiny chance he hit the board with AJ or JJ or something similar, but not likely. And if I check and he raise I'm in a bigger trouble.
Is this consider a donk bet anyway? I was aggresive at preflop.
its still a donk because he was the aggressor in preflop stage with the 3bet. since you called his 3bet he has initiative and your bet on the flop is a donk bet indeed.
