hi everyone, I downloaded the elephant stat tracker, used its 7-9playa nl setting, and in my last 2K hands, I am running hot 30BB/100 winrate. I highly reccommend playing a proven style and watching the coachings from veriz and go deposit 25 bucks on pokerstars and watch the fish literally jump into your boat :) woopie ! and i know it isnt variance that im winning becaause i am winning with good hands n not putting bad beats on other people! I expect the winrate to settle somewhere around 15bb/100h though sometime!

Sorry to burst your bubble... 30BB/100 over 2k hands IS variance. 2k is a meaningless sample...

Hi ilovemagic,

Don't worry about what the others say to much, but it is true though that 2k hands isn't much of a sample to go on. I'm sure no-one intended to offend you and were genuinely joking, sorry if you felt differently. :(

And also the "But how much did you lose" comment is an old poker joke.

Lets hope you are right and it settles at 15bb/100 but at the same time remember that 2bb/100 is considered to be the average winrate for winning players - Even the mastermind Nanonoko is only running at 2.66/100 (last time I checked) on Stars and he is up $2.1 million.

Best of luck for the future and congratulations on your progress to-date. Also, please don't let this stop you from posting more about your successes in the future.:)

Danny

Hi ilovemagic,

At this rate you'll be moving up soon anyway most likely, so sustaining the winrate won't be a problem will it? :)

Success stories are great and you must be doing somethig right, to get to where you are!

Super stuff, keep godmode 'On', _evil:

Mal.
