40 BI downswing?

Im playing $2.50 180 man turbos on stars which have very high varience, i consider myself a competant player but i do still make some mistakes. I started playing with a $90 BR and got it up to $200, however, ive been grinding and im down 40BIs to $100 :/ Most of the time im getting knocked out to 3 outters, coolers etc, im just wondering if a 40BI downswing is normal and it is just varience or im just a losing player which i dont think is true

i had a 40BI downer at cash before (50 under EV) so im sure its possible at 180s

Hi, I was beating every 180s over a high volume up to the 35s. I started loosing so I dropped down to play the 3.50s and 8$ after loosing another 100bi I even dropped down to the 2.50s to rebuild my confidence and I'm stuck 110 in the 2.50s after just 220 games.
I heard that could happen but I really start worrying.
So, 40bi is NOTHING!
