maybe i will i workout 1hr-2hr 6 times a week.
and i dont do diet i eat what i want!!, been eating 7000 calories or more per day!.
i'd like to see most of you do even 40 pushups in a row honestly. I'm pretty sure the average poker player isn't much fitter then the average person. (likely worse honestly)
It's not even good to train every day.. and if your muscles aren't sore for 1-2 days after training then you aren't doing it right ♦

It's not about doing them all in a row or even 137 everyday ![]()
You might start with 20-50/day with 5-10/set the first few weeks and then going for mor/day and /set
the last month you might have to avg 250/day, but that sounds fun

I am gonna count 50 meters swimming like 4 push ups
1km=80pu
I wont count them to the 1 000 000 push-ups then, but you can use that for your challenge
im in, prolly won't do 50k cuz of lazyness but working out a bit won't hurt and maybe my few k pushups will be the ones that are missing for 1m pushups for all comunity ♦
I am planning to get back in shape this year anyway so I will be down for this.
Target 50K, starting January 2nd.
I am going to start gently and aim for 60 a day in 3 sets of 20 and then increase as the year progresses.

+1
Especially for beginners, don't do it every day, have some days off to let your muscles to recover, you'll get better results this way IMO. The biggest mistake most ppl do at the gym isn't not working out hard enough, but overtraining. (again just IMHO)
Oh and here's an instructional vid for beginners on how to do push ups, how to get started etc
Check out scoobys youtube channel, he has lots of cool fitness videos.
Hope it helps
I'm going to participate in 1kk pushups in a year, not 50k because I won't do pushups everyday and I will make a bit different pushups because of some back probz(they are tougher thou). inb4 nfss trolls me
