if he isn´t calling pre-flop then he would very likely also calling flop QQ-TT that he might easily raise flop for value. And for that reason I think KK is too strong to b/f on drawy board.

can you please explain how could he raise TT-JJ for value when there's no worse hand that will call his raise?

He first protect against overcards, second he has overpair and may not think that no worse hand would call him, although draws would likely b/c against small raise and third he don´t get bluffed out the pot if turn was for example A

from your explanation I don't see a value raise from him.
the only hands he may get value from are flush draws. there are about 5-6 combinations of those, many of which may push versus his raise and he is just 50/50 against them.

so, honestly, I don't see any value at all in such raise.
