As we're quite deep and he has low 3bet %, should i just call his 3bet pre?

I would guess that he's stacking off with any AA** pre, so when he flats my 4bet his range leans more towards middle/high rundows and some strong KK**, QQ** hands, against overpair+FD i'm flipping and it's really unlikely that he's gonna show up with a set/two pair/straight here imo. The only hand i'm in really shape against is 9876 with diamonds(maybe 8765 if he 3bets that), tho even against that i'm not losing much because there' quite much money in the pot already. And in case he decided to flat some weak AA** hand, i can fold that out too, so this seems like a bet/call given that we're rarely behind? And do we just pot it or make it ~$13?

You have 3 blockers to the straight. Any flush draw is stacking off here. I think you have to bet/call on this flop. Might as well make it a full pot bet.

Calling the 3 bet preflop works well, though I would still likely be checkraising all in on this flop given the blockers I hold. If he had a set, it's bad luck, otherwise you're in decent shape.
