Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.106 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with J♥, J♦
UTG2 calls $0.02, MP1 raises to $0.08, MP2 folds, Hero calls $0.08, 4 folds, UTG2 calls $0.06.

Flop: ($0.27) 8♠, 5♦, 3♠ (3 players)
UTG2 checks, MP1 bets $0.18, Hero raises to $0.48, UTG2 folds, MP1 calls $0.30.

Turn: ($1.23) T♥ (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero bets $0.35, MP1 calls $0.35.

River: ($1.93) T♦ (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero checks.

Pre-flop is standard. On the flop should I have raised like I did, or just called? There's a reasonable chance of it being a conti-bet bluff, so if I just call, and an overcard turns up on the turn, I don't know where I am. On the turn I did a block bet, too small? Then checked behind for pot control on the river.

Hello BreadWarden,

Nah, kind of overplayed your TP on the flop there. I don't like that much the raise at all. You will rarely even know where you stand while being in such a multiway pot and they will of course have hard time to continue. What's with the min-bet on the turn?! What's it's idea?

Best Regards.
