I been told by a few that this is supposed to be a fold with just a 7 high flush.

Versus an opponent who will ONLY shove made flushes here your EV is about -$40 if you call.

Versus an opponent who will ONLY shove made flushes and the naked Q your EV is about $50 if you call.

Versus an opponent who will ALWAYS shove made flushes and the naked Q 50% of the time your EV is about neutral if you call.

Depending upon how you judge your opponent you have something between an easy call and an easy fold. Some weak-tight players can play even more tightly after getting a decent stack.

This is easy fold for me considering that bb has almost 2 stacks and its limped pot.

I'd call this one... Considering his raise, I don't see BB with made flush here, must likely 2 pairs or 88. MP3 might have a higher flush but as he's short stack you can make it up with BB's money.
If both were 100BB deep I'd probably fold though.
