so after the live support said there was a problem with the server i got this response from the email support
We would like to address your concern regarding your disconnection on a
tournament. Your disconnection concern was thoroughly investigated by our
poker specialists and they have found out that the said tournament was not
affected by a technical issue on our end. Unfortunately, a refund is not
recommended
so out of order in my opinion

i sent them a link to this thread to show that i know other people were affected and got this reponse

Glad you managed to sort this out. Anyone else that happened to get this problem, send your rooms Support an email and explain the situation, hopefully you'll get a refund too !
Sent email via poker client the same day. No reply, no money so far.
