[tg]CO$11.84:///////;BU$22.09:///////;SB (Hero)$17.07:///////;BB$12.32:///////;MP2$20.65:///////;MP3$10.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is SB with 4:d, 4:h.
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, BB raises to $1.20, Hero calls $0.80.

Flop: ($2.4) 3:s, 4:s, K:h (2 players)
Hero bets $1.80, BB calls $1.80.

Turn: ($6) 9:s (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $4.50, Hero raises to $14.07, BB calls $4.82.

River: ($29.39) Q:d (2 players)

Final Pot: $29.39.

BB stats 17/15 3bet 12% over 150 hands

My table image was quite LAGy running like 30/25 with a 3bet of 10+ and high AF although I never donked the flop.

I think check-raise and donk/3bet flop are both maybe okay, I was seen as aggressive and spewy post-flop after bluff raising a couple of times.

I decided to check raise the turn because I just look like im full of shit and I think he almost would always bet when checked to.

He turned up with AQo with the ace of spades

Oh and also, fold pre??? lol

pre flop: fold "call 20 rule" + if he is having that wide 3 betting range, won't be easy to go broke on flop for him anyway even against your lag style.

flop: why are you donk betting? he obviously will cbet all his flush draws and all his pp 99+ [ check raise here have the maximum value ]

turn (as played): I am not sure, but I guess your play is fine here...

I don't think the call 20 rule is really applicable though given its a 3bet pot, more like call 15, and his stack is 12 so. 12/0.8 =15. However I am OOP obviously so maybe I should fold lol, thanks for the analysis anyway :)

Hello donut10,

Preflop: You said he has a wide 3betting range so therefore you can't really set-mine here. :)

As played
Postflop: Why do you donk? Why not let him CB and then just Check/Raise it?

Best Regards.
