If you miss January (for example due to holiday) and start in February, there are no deductions. February is then your first month.

What happens if you start later, for example April: We're still talking about this and will inform you as soon as possible.

Yes.

You will also lose them if you dont play in April, June, August, October and December, the months don't have to be consecutive.

Quick thought: If you don't count bonus points, players should make sure they hit 7,500 normal points before end of month, and don't just look at their total monthly points, see 7,500, and start to relax; as they may miss out.

=> Have you considered having a 'counter' on player homepage that specifically notes when you notch up each gemstone?

As far as I'm concerned this promotion is only available for .com rooms. If the promotion doesn't have .it rooms mentioned, I'm afraid its not available for the Italian community. Make sure you contact the Italian community to get a more precised answer

I signed up for Party Poker through Poker Strategy recently. Does this mean that I do qualify for this Gemstone promotion automatically, or do I have to opt for this somehow?

If you're going to REWARD consistency, shouldn't you be REWARDING players who play consistently rather than PENALIZING those who don't? Just my 2 cents.

You do not have to opt-in to this promotion. You have to earn 7,500 StrategyPoints per Gemstone!
