Are you still doing these coaching sessions ? really interested after watching your You Tube uploads recently 
i saw you played on twitch on betonline. can you say something about how soft games are, what rake(back) is like and lowest stakes available?
i play there occasionally too
the games are pretty soft in general, defintly its along the upper level of soft pokerrooms like 888 or like that.
but also depend on the time, like morning till evening it is not the best idea to want grind there regularly sheduled i would say, because low traffic in general and also its one of the few rooms, which did not restrict russian players afaik and i would say especially around that times there are quite a lot of them as regular grinders at the tables.
rake is 5% but the rake cap is set higher than on other sites

there is no Rakeback program like on other sites and only rakeback achievable by occasional personal challenges like 35$ for 235$Rake within a couple of days^^ (not monthly for sure). there's also often some kind of leaderboard but its often either that the whole plo pool is within that and you have to compete your achieved rake with higher stakes player and also need to grind that you get at least a place along the top 75 players or like that, if you understand^^ then maybe up to 10% are achievable theoretically.
also sometimes that leaderboard is set up by points achieved by handstrength at showdown and very loose players have big advantage there < solid grinders, which is not that rewarding. and then sometimes they just "payout" some freeroll tickets or tickets for sunday majors. so at the end i wont expect more then 10% rb over the whole year and think 10% are already quit optimistic for micro stakes players and maybe more like 5% could be realistic.
lowest stake is plo10 up to 1k, traffic is quite random, sometimes 6 good tables running around the evening at your stake and sometimes none and the action is on other stakes^^
pt4 or hm3 is not working there thoo, just to mention, and you would need other softwares
