But yeah I want to record a session, and upload it, and make it EASILY accessible for people to view, so suggestions please
Free would obviously be a massive bonus.... Could I just create a website maybe and upload there? I dunno....

You can google search the words "upload video free review" or "top video upload site list" or "Where can I upload a video?" to find sites that review upload sites.
Then just read what users say and select the one most recommended.

A popular site for uploading videos etc, and one which i use, is MegaUpload.
You can upload your recorded video to the site, then just post the link in the Self Study & Management thread where members can then download your video for reviewing purposes.
