Will this be higher enough quality for sending id to..Rooms...

Years ago when I had to verify my 888 account I used my mobile to take the pics and believe back then my camera was 1.3mp and they accepted it.
as long as you can read the writing I don't think it matters if it isn't crystal clear.

As JimC6 mentioned as long as the details are clearly visible so they can verify your documents then you should not have a problem. This will be the same for all poker rooms.
