Is it possible to get money from Poker Stars via moneybookers(with no deposit) too?
I have earned some money started on freerolls.
I've usually understood sites prefer for players to have deposited primarily with one of the payment methods listed, before withdrawal.
However, i checked Pokerstars for you, and it seems they follow the rule. So you may need to deposit to release your cash. You could always speak to customer support and see what they say.
