i got two little problems.

the first one: i already had an partypoker account so that i could not use the bonus code to get the 50 $ so is there a possibility to fix that?

the sceond question is how to increase ur rank so that u can read more articles.

You can get 50$ on other platform, where you don't have an account. You can't get on Partypoker because you already have account there.

You increase your rank by earning strategy points, and you earn strategy points by producing rake on your poker platform.
