Must have been quite a while ago that you played there.
Mansion decided to focus on their casino product and stopped their poker offering a few years ago. I think this was around 2016 or so (but that is just a guesstimation) 
)
If there is still an operational casino, you most likely can access your money. It won't hurt simply spamming whatever support email you can find.

When Mansion closed, they ported their poker players over to Titan with all existing rewards transferred as well (Mansion and Titan were owned by the same parent company). Popping off an email to Titan Poker support couldn't hurt either.
Wow, you have been missing a while. This happened in 2014 or 2015.
