am I allowed to note videos or article in my blog that I want to go through even if they are not from ps.com? Or do you want me to avoid those which are from other websites and giving content to learn poker as well?
And what is about videos that are from another poker-learn-site but publish on youtube? Can I put those links into my blog?

You can certainly mention non PS content, however we prefer that you not include links to that content. We would also prefer that you note or mention youtube videos, but again not include links as they will generally contain advertising of the originating site who are most likely our direct competitors.
