I have played at PS nl2 and nl5 for a fair amount of hands before i just discovered all my vpps can be tracked here to convert to points.
I dont think i downloaded my PS software by clicking the download button here nor did i key in strategy-en during registration.
Is there any known methods to get me acct tracked at this stage? Like requesting PS for a new acct, shift everything over? 
Stars has a pretty strict policy about not retracking accounts.
So as far as your stars account goes, you're unfortunately out of luck.
Tell Stars that you'll unfortunately have to quit their site.
They won't retrack you but they'll offer something nice most of the time.
How do i tell them im quitting PS and not look like a threat?

yes, and this would be the answer to your problem...
IF you were not tracked to another affiliate and you were a high-volume player and you cashed out and told them you are never going to play ever ever again unless they track you to PokerStrategy, then maaaaybe they would care. But chances are you did click on a PokerStars banner ad at some point before creating your account which would mean you are linked to another affiliate and don't even know which one.
nope. actually, i passed the $50 quiz and chose dafapoker 2 months ago. i created my account and everything. im done. immediately after, i tried to log in through the dafapoker software, it said my password is wrong. wtf...?
i tried to look for help on the software and homepage.. no immediate help. i gave up.
and all along i know about www.pokerstars.com through those wsop/HSP videos where alot of players were either wearing FT or PS apparels.
so i went pokerstars.com manually.
