In my poker accounts screen the advice says " Mind the case! "

What does it mean?

Hello RealOwen,

It means you should watch the capitalization of the letters in your nickname.

I have doubled checked this several times and the capital letters are correct and in the right place. What seems to be the problem?

My Party username has capital letters.
In my profile and poker accounts screen there is an advice " mind the case! "

Does this mean when entering my username that I do not use any capital letters in order to get it right?

No, please type your account name exactly as it is. We'll have to verify your account with PartyPoker before it's approved. It may take several days.
