did i get it right that i had to reply to my ticket with my new platforms username ? Or i have to do it myself ? cus i cant.

Either put your name on your profile page
or if that isnt possible,
Respond to the ticket with the name of your account. If they asked you via ticket then it is likely that they will want it via ticket
