I forwarded this thread to the support. But in general they get in touch with you via email OR our ticket system (top left of the main page when you are logged in)
Perhaps check your spam directory but there is not a lot i can do since the whole transfer stuff is made by our security team.
Perhaps write another ticket. Sometimes (in really rare cases they get lost)
