You earn pokerstrategy points for every dollar of rake just by playing normally at the tables. Your account just needs to be linked with pokerstrategy.com
Here is a table that tells you how many PS pts per 1$ of rake.

On William Hill you get 5 StrategyPoints per $ rake.
However you cannot see the generated rake in the software of William Hill, so you will need to ask the live support of William Hill or you wait until all the StrategyPoints are in your PokerStrategy.com account.
