When I click on "register" in PokerStars lobby, it minimizes opening a new window with a game starting. Is there any way to prevent such action from happening, that is prevent the lobby from minimizing. Software, hotheys, shortcuts...

That’s indeed possible. You need to remove the option ‘minimize Poker lobby when selected table opens’.
