Hi,
I received a ticket yesterday stating that the username I had given is incorrect and asked for me to send the right one in order to reinitialise my bonus , so I copy and pasted the welcome email from mansion that shows the username. Today again I received the same ticket from a different person. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else,or if someone knows whats goin on, cause I had given the correct username in the first place. Thanks
