I have tried now to contact them for couple of days and no results.. My account got hacked and they closed it which is quite reasonable, even if I didn't ask to do so, but now.. they are not reopening it and my funds are there.
Don't they have any skype account? They have "ask_Skrill" at Twitter but they never actually answer there.

Yes, but "international number" works only Mon-Fri. Can I call to USA number, will they resolve it still? Also.. it will cost me way too much money to call them.

It would be best to wait to Monday I think. Skrill USA is slightly different to Skrill International and they probably wouldn't be able to access your account details.
It may be cheaper to buy some skype credit and make the phone call through skype.
