One of my friend's skrill account have problems uploading funds.
He has successfully verified the credit card but still not able to upload any money into the account.
Anyone else encounter this problem before? We tried looking through the help section on main web but still no available answer. Are there any solutions to this? Thanks!

maybe banks problem, have you tried bank transfer (small chunk of $)? Some banks have restrictions to gambling sites.

I dont think it is restricted to upload funds to skrill account. Hopefully the skill help group have solutions for me
