My sister-in-law is currently working in an advertising department. She is asking me about an IT team services. It is because she has been encountering problems during their presentation. She thinks that the app is not working. It is really an issue most of the time because its been difficult to get an immediate IT services on the spot. With that, she suggested that their company should hire an IT team for support and other services. Actually, we were discussing about what we both found online. Any advice or suggestions for that matter? Please let us know about it. Thank you.

I'd recommend your sister-in-law to run this by the company's management, or the department's management (I have no idea how big the company she works for is). If there's a definite need for more IT support, then there's no harm in at least enquiring about it.
It's pretty much impossible for us to give any suggestions though because we don't know anything about the company
