So I need to write Busines Plan in my school(Latvia).The problem is I really dont have any good idea that I would like,so maybe someone here could give my some ideas or atleast direction where to look 
Idea doesnt need to be something super orginal but with some potentional.
Really would hate writ about some nightclub or restaurant like everybody else. ♦
So any ideas would be nice!!!

Take a concept which is still working, like Subway or kind of. Or Groupon: In the last two years so many Startups began. Take a look on websites for start-up scenes. There are so much. So for Example we´ve got a new Taxi App.
Newly you can call a Taxi by an App. You just have to push a Button and the App is using your location per GPS. With your Smartphone the Customer can see where the Taxi actually is. Is this interesting for you?
Since it doesn't have to be innovative, not original, focus on something you can buy cheap (and why) and you can sell at greater margins (therefore more profitable - and why), and where you can develop a growing customer basis.
This could be from milk to a poker site (that charges less fees.... 
)

Make a marketing company and target SME that are evolving at a high %. Say that to begin your business you will start working with the local concil and providing them a campaign upon social problems(home violence,internet addicts, etc )
Trust me..
Is going to work if you have some knowledge about marketing and brand selling.

Two years ago, I drove from Riga to a place outside Kaunas, in Lithuania, for an eye opening "Poker Sauna."
