it's 2 outer cause they need to win at least 2-0 but if they manage to suckout they could be onto something big. In every tourney there is at least one guy who doesn't know how to play but gets lucky and goes deep

Seriously though, England are so bad it hurts. Heskey has the touch of a rapist, Rooney looks half the player he was before his ankle went, we replaced Green for making a mistake with a player nicknamed "Calamity James", we played the potent threat of Gerrard OOP, there's no movement or creativity going forward, there's no tenacity or will to get the ball when we don't have possession, we're devoid of ideas and almost devoid of hope.
