AKM
Last dish (the chicken) looked like a weird combo to me tbh but most of those herbs and spices aren't used that often where I'm from. I mean "garlic, ginger, mint, lemon juice and indian chicken tikka masala" it sounds strange to me but I have an open mind and it looks delicious as usual ♦
I would have never thought to put them together myself but it's one of my mum's recipes and it is definitely delicious!
Home Made Blueberry Muffins!
Wow, that spinach and ricotta cannelloni looks soooo delicious
please post more vegetarian dishes w/ recipes!

Super common here in the UK, esp to have it with salad.
ricotta cannelloni is a joygasm in my mouth, and everyone is invited.
best dish ever.
i have a few of pretty good signature dishes, chicken fajitas with home made hot salsa (simple but brilliant)
Beef and Spring onion blackbean stir fry with egg fried rice or noodles (this is the fiances fave by far)
Curry
lots of types (masala, balti, rogan josh etc) i see too many curries being made from a jar nothing wrong with this but any food made from scratch is the nuts so ive been teaching my friends how to make curries properly and think this is what im having tonight so if i remember il take pics.
I like big homely plates of food rather than poncy resteraunt type meals where they give you a steak the size of a 50p and expect it to fill you up.
GodlikeRoy, please keep posting more amazing looking food

Sliced baguette w/ sauteed mushrooms and spinach topped with fetta cheese and balsamic vinegar.
Chicken thighs in white wine and tarragon served w/ a strawberry salad with prosciutto and seared halloumi.

Chicken tenderloins marinated in garlic, ginger, mint, lemon juice and indian chicken tikka masala.Served over a simple dressed salad:
Yum!
I think I would need some rice or potatoes with chicken
Anyway, next time I cook something, i'll make a picture, if I do not forget. It's usually simple Asian or Mexican dishes, howerver they're not very common in everyday Lithuanian life, so I like to ocasionally make something tasty
