I've left the thread for open discussion the whole day. As I said, I appreciate all feedback and you can see I'm pretty exposed to all of you. You can write to me in my public blog, my email and Skype is stated in my signature so I'm definitely not hiding anything but I would like to close this thread as it is getting off topic.

I think this thread was a great example of how you can express your dislike with out getting banned, but it has been a public humiliation for me front of my co-workers which isn't getting better by bumping the thread all the time.

If anybody like to give me feedback about community management, please contact me in private and as always, I'm happy to explain anything. Or please do it in a friendly manner on the forum.
