does anyone know what the density of a nylon string is? i cant find it anywhere....
wiki says its around 1200 kg/m3 for nylon yet others say 7200.

put a piece of nylon string in a cup of water. if it sink 1200 must be correct, if it floats go with 7200. voila

i think it is 1200 but i get the right answers with 7200....
