If you had the choice between these super poker powers which would you rather have.

The power to know everyones whole cards preflop.
Or the power to know every card thats going to come out on the board.

Personally Id want to know everyones cars preflop so you know when to steal and you can pull off superstar moves all the time.

I shamelessly added a Poll.

Right along the line of David Sklansky's fundamental theorem of poker:
Every time you play a hand differently from the way you would have played it if you could see all your opponents' cards, they gain; and every time you play your hand the same way you would have played it if you could see all their cards, they lose. Conversely, every time opponents play their hands differently from the way they would have if they could see all your cards, you gain; and every time they play their hands the same way they would have played if they could see all your cards, you lose.

I go with the hole card vision :)

Hole cards. No doubt.

yer but if you knew the board you would only play when you knew you would get the nutsso you can call someone all in with72 if you know the flop is coming 777AK

Agreed. Knowing your opponents' cards doesn't save you from a nasty Suck Out, so I'd rather know what cards to expect and play them accordingly.

So you just slow play and dont go all-in before the river.

If you know what cards are comming you can still get beaten - you hold a 72o and you know the board will be 7s7c7hThJh - you go all-in and the vilian shows you 8h9h - and you loose!

lol then play on aa bad beat jackpot table and you'll know when to push

Go for hole cards. You'll always know if you can beat your opponents and when to push/ fold etc.,. It's more important than ability to know the coming community cards.

Good luck!

I'd like to see their hand and be able to react to the flop accordingly rather than see the flop and dunno if beaten or not.

But I think you'd get rich and bored too soon ... so I preffer the game as it is now

Seeing the hole cards has so much more value since you can play nearly 100% and just push out your opponent when they haven't hit.

After seeing the Absolutpoker Video where someone could see all cards I won't change my opinion anymore. ;)

You still lose sometimes even if you have that privilege: bad beat.

But you win most of the time.

Well, either power would allow you to become extremely successful, but you wouldn't be able to get away with the being able to see future board cards.

If you can see people whole cards, you can at least put your play down to 'sick reads' if its live poker. If your playing in a bizarre fashion which happens to coincide with board later on, you'll definitely get picked up on.

I would prefer the power to control the 5 cards that drop. That way im not cheating , i am just a luckbox and hit every board.

To control the community cards is another super power - In this case you only know what cards are gonna fall.
