Didn't hit anything on the nascar, four of my drivers were in the top 12, not good enough though. Heres an interesting fact. Winners of the brickyard have gone on to win the drivers championship in recent history. The last to do it was in 2006 I think and it was j.johnson. Hey didn't he win today. Just a little something to think about if your going to place a bet for the championship. I think its worth a look. THat team has been coming on lately.
When placing your bets for nascar I think you should really do it in advance, thursday at the latest before qualifying. If one of the drivers you were going to pick has a good qualifying effort the odds on him go way down. So you might as well pick him when he is paying a good price. I know you like to see qualifying first though. Example: On one of my books j.gordon was paying 20-1 on thursday and only 4-1 an hour before the race.
Who do you like in pocono next weekend? When hamlin first came to nascar he won in his first two starts there, might be worth a look. As well as the usual suspects.
Whats on the gambling card for you this week? Baseball really doesn't interest me a whole lot. THink I'll wait till thursday to place some golf and racing bets. What about you?
