As you can see the answer to op's question is quite obvious.
I sometimes river the turn preflop from hijack position. However, i will always fold to a 3-bet all-in if only semi-flop in the BB
I just like to preflop under the flop then c/river shove over the turn.Makes me feel hot ..... this sounds so sexual
