The first two free practice sessions have been completed ahead of Sunday's race in Bahrain and the Mercedes are streets ahead.

Practice 1

Practice 2

There will be a final practice session tomorrow followed by qualifying.

Fernando Alonso has failed a fitness test and has been replaced for this race by last year's GP2 champion, Stoffel Vandoorne of Belgium.

Verstappen is doing well again. Hopefully He will do it great in the final qualifications and that he finished in the top 6 in the race as well.

Kevin Magnussen will start the 2016 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix from the pit lane after failing to stop at a red light for a weight check during FP2.

I heard some drivers had tire problems in the first practice round.

Qualification for Tomorrows race is going on right now but got Red flag after 1 minute after Pascal Wehrlein crashed, Weather in China have been rainy during the day but track doesnt look so wet but Pascal hit some water and didnt had a chance, but hes ok :f_thumbsup:

Nice comeback of Hamilton, but Verstappen did it well too after his bad start.
Hopefully both drivers will reach top 6 again next GP.

It’s I think an interesting development that Verstappen is now member of the Red Bull racing team instead of Kvyat. Now he has better equipment to finish in the top 6 of the next GP I think.
